    I was not too thrilled with the first book in this series, but will probably give this a try. Hopefully, it isn't quite as long as the first and doesn't get too bogged down with all the gods and goddess.

    I thought the first book was ok, but it didn't quite compare to the Percy Jackson series. Still, I'll give this one a try.
