It's Monday, What Are You Reading (6)

It's Monday What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme that started out at J. Kaye's Book Blog but is now hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through A World of Books.

Books I finished last week:

Sucks To Be Me by Kimberly Pauley
The Masque of the Black Tulip by Lauren Willig
The Deception of the Emerald Ring by Lauren Willig
My Lady of Cleves by Margaret Campbell Barnes
Boys, Bears, and a Serious Pair of Hiking Boots by Abby McDonald

Books reviewed:

O, Juliet by Robin Maxwell

Currently reading:

The Seduction of the Crimson Rose by Lauren Willig

Book four in the Pink Carnation series continues the adventures of the elusive English spy known only as The Pink Carnation and Mary Alsworthy who has accepted a dangerous assignment on behalf of the spy.

Planning to read this week:

Hearts at Stake by Alyxandra Harvey

Solange Drake wants a normal teenage life but when she turns sixteen, she will wake up as a vampire. She is part of an old vampire dynasty and as the first female born into her family in centuries, she is also the future vampire queen, if she doesn't get staked first. With the help of her human best friend Lucy, Solange must deal with the changes ahead of her and the dangers from other vampires and from Kieran Black, a vampire hunter looking for revenge.

Cross My Heart and Hope To Spy by Ally Carter

Book two in the humorous Gallagher Girls spy series following the life of Cammie Morgan as a teenage spy in training.

All Unquiet Things by Anna Jarzab

When a teen is murdered, her cousin and ex-boyfriend join forces to figure out what happened while dealing with their grief and feelings of guilt.

The Courteous Cad by Catherine Palmer

Prudence Watson tries to do something about the horrible working conditions in a worsted mill. When she goes to confront the owner she is surprised to find that William Sherbourne is not at all what she expected.

  12. My Lady of Cleves sounds good when I looked at the blurb.

You said that you like the Philosophy series that I have been reading....It brought back all of the reasons that I dropped Logic in college. I understand more, this many years later, but that isn't saying much;)
