Clear Away the Clutter Read-A-Thon

The Clear Away the Clutter Read-A-Thon is hosted by The Neverending Shelf as part of the Clear Away the Clutter Reading Challenge.  The purpose is to reduce the clutter of books you haven't read yet. The Read-A-Thon started on Monday April 5th and ends Sunday April 11th at 11 p.m.

You do not have to participate in the challenge to do the Read-A-Thon. I am not doing the challenge but I am participating in  the Read-A-Thon even though it started yesterday. If you are interested in participating, visit the Neverending Shelf to find out more and sign up.

I am aiming for at least 30 hours of reading and I hope to read at least 15 books. I currently have two large bookbags filled with library books to read and a couple of stacks of books for review. This is what happens when my library requests all come in at once.

Here is the list of books I hope to complete (I'll be lucky to complete half of it but I'll try!):

Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins
The Off Season by Catherine Gilbert Murdock
Front and Center by Catherine Gilbert Murdock
Frostbite by Richelle Mead
Shadow Kissed by Richelle Mead
Blood Promise by Richelle Mead
Jane Slayre by Sherri Browning-Irwin
Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles
A Match Made in High School by Kristin Walker
The Unwritten Rule by Elizabeth Scott
The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson
The Less-Dead by April Lurie
Birthmarked by Caragh M. O'Brien
The Naughty List by Suzanne Young
Seeing Emily by Joyce Lee Wong
The Sheriff's Surrender by Susan Page Davis
Becca By the Book by Laura Jensen Walker

I am also participating in the Dewey 24 Hour Read-A-Thon this Saturday because I'm just plain crazy. Wish me luck!
