Read-a-thon Mini Challenge 1

"For this challenge, take a look at the books you plan on reading today. Which do you predict will come out as the winner and why? Do a post to answer this question. It will be interesting to come back at the end of the day and see if your predictions are correct!"

I predict that The Iron Queen will be the big winner because it is the one book I am sure I will finish reading and with epic battles, epic romance, and an epic finale to the Iron Fey trilogy, I am certain it will beat out the competition. Considering how torn I've felt about this series, that is saying something!

While I love the story in North and South, the pacing is uneven for me and I know I won't be able to finish it today. Even if I get to start Demonglass today, I am not as big a fan of this series as a lot of other people are. I was a little disappointed by Hex Hall after all the hype. I still want to know what happens but I doubt it will make my favorite books list for 2011.
